  • Because of the customized nature of our work, all payments on services are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any services or materials delivered.

  • Deposits, retainers, and prepayments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If a client chooses not to attend, participate in, or implement the services or recommendations provided, no refund, credit, or transfer will be issued.

  • Rescheduling of consulting sessions or trainings may be permitted with advance written notice and is subject to availability and approval by LVR Solutions Group.
